I've said it a couple of other places on this site, but it's been great to stay in touch with friends via Facebook and Photography.  I've known Sarah since high school marching band and I've been good friends with Anthony's brother for years and we've hung out on multiple occasions.  I was excited to hear of their engagement and flattered that they asked me to be their wedding photographer. 

What I enjoyed most about Sarah and Anthony was their passion.  It didn't take much for them to lock eyes and be immersed with each other.  When asking them to be sweet and intimate they were able to fall into it instantly.  The first portion of their engagement session took place at Beardsley Park which is part of the Connecticut Beardsley Zoo. I remember this being a set that helped me relieve some stress.  I kept telling myself, "just have fun."  I ducked and leaned for any angle I could think of and kept the continuous shutter going.  It felt good. It felt like I was starting over, photographing for the first time.

We wrapped up at the park and decided it was time to head over to Silver Sands State Park in Milford, CT and closed out the afternoon with a couple more sweet moments:
